Potter has also had photos published in the Washington Post, Crain's Detroit, Ann Arbor.com, Dagens Industri, Luxe & Class Magazine, Detroiter, and Real Detroit Weekly. He started his career in photography at Eastern Michigan University where he was the Photo Editor of the Eastern Echo. Potter also photographs weddings, events, and portraits. You may have heard him on his past overnight radio show 89.1 Jazz with Andrew Potter on WEMU Public Radio or seen him play guitar at the Detroit International Jazz Festival. Potter lives in Ferndale with his wife, Shanna, and his Rottweiler, Bowie.
